Cons:
There is a test to get a license (Really easy and there is always someone to qualify you in your town or at least in your state or province.)
Piracy is frowned apon by most groups so they won't renew your 5-10 year license so youll have to goto the license place. In Canada its in Ontario but you can mail them.
Slower then DSL.
You will have to do a bit of reading.
