I would reccommend a cider press like this one.
You can easily make one yourself, the hardest part to get is a car jack. (not going to be in actual contact with the apples)
Get a FUCKTON of apples... you need something like 40kg for every 25 litres of starter (maybe 20 litres cider) Not really worth it if you are thinking of making less than this.
if you want a clearer end product, let it sit for a couple days to get the sediments to set, and siphoon it into another vessel.
the easy way forward from this point is getting some yeast and a waterlock from a winemaking supplier. this can produce cider with up to 25% alcohol. (technically apple wine at this point)
The hard way involves adding sugar and possibly a low temperature yeast to a barrel of this stuff, and having it sit outside in subzero temperatures during winter, and removing the ice that forms every day. This will make really hard cider (up to 80% alcohol) but you loose a lot by this method, maybe 60-70%...
tl;dr. lick
ling to view the boring shit.
