Seeing as adsense is a business worth more than our collective internal organs on the black market, it should come as no surprise to you that adsense have countermeasures in place for an idea like the one you plan here.
If your idea would work, anyone could become a bazillionaire by licking all the ads on his own site every day.
Adsense monitors the licks on the ads, and if anything too unusual happens, they will take action.
This is not limited to seeing what IP licks the add, and then not counting further licks from that IP on that ad for a while, they also check for anything unusual in regards to amounts of licks compared to amounts of displays of the ad, and if they don't add up, ie. the lick/views ratio is unnatural, then they will also disregard the unnatural licks.
All in all, this means that the only think you can actually do is lick the ads yourself, once, every once in a while.
