I would still say that this is NOT confirmed. An older guy in Albuquerque (40 miles from Santa Fe) named Jacob Vigil is a big lawyer of some sort. This may be his son. There are a surprising number of "Vigil"-named people out there.

Also, re: Tom Newton: A nasty troll called "Tom Newton" has been posting on ARS for years (i.e. since before Chanology). OGs have ID'd him as Alan Conner, and other names. Info from his posting signature suggests that Tom Newton is a follower of the "Seth" cult.

I am well aware that Jake Vigil is probably from New Mexico (I put together the info-collage a year ago), but I am not sure the guy in the picture is him. Also, zero Failbook friends -- (yeah, possibly no IRL friends either) -- I don't have a theory, but it seems weird.
